We, M/S. HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED ships our Product ordered by you on our Website to almost all parts of India. We are always working to expand our deliverable area, however in the case where your address PIN Code is out of our delivery partners’ serviceable area, we will be able to ship the consignment only on a pre-paid basis via the best alternative option available.   

The address at which delivery of the Product, ordered by you, is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects. In the event of non-delivery or late delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by us for redelivery of the said order shall be borne by you, prior to the redelivery being arranged.

Shipment charges will be indicated in the pricing of Products on our Website. Cash on Delivery service is available in a limited service area.

Estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 working days* post shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays), though, you are always advised at the time of placing your order to check on the estimated delivery date status alert for Products made available by us on our Website.

* The delivery time estimates may vary slightly from State to State. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

We aim to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering your products within the estimated delivery time. However, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistic challenges beyond our control, for which we are not liable. We would request you to cooperate as we are continuously working towards fulfilling your order on time.

Orders placed after 5 p.m. on Fridays will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays.

If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please read our refund and return policy provided on our Website.
